The Art and Practice of Change

Everything is always changing. Being created, growing, dying.  It's a fact that on one level we recognize, maybe even take for granted.

And yet, there are things (in ourselves and amongst groups) we seem to re-create over and over again.

In this workshop we will explore the nature and art of change.  What do you think can and cannot change? Do you have habitual thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions that you would like to be different? And how can you be kind and generous with yourself right where you're at, no matter what?

Jennifer Lovejoy and Rebecca Harrison will help bring you deeper into these questions, and deeper into your compassion, body and self through movement, discussion and individual and group experiences.
